The ERCC WebsiteThis is the website of the Eagle Rock Covenant Church (ERCC), a local church of The Evangelical Covenant Church and a member of the Pacific Southwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church. Our contact info is: 1. The official website of ERCC can be accessed by either of 2 domains: ercovchurch.org and eaglerockcovenantchurch.org. 2. ERCC does not endorse and is not responsible for the claims and representations made by any sites to which we provide links on our site, or other sites linking to our website. 3. The ERCC Board of Elders may prescribe rules and ethical guidelines, to which the ERCC website is required to conform. 4. Privacy for Church Staff and Members1. For staff, we list names and office email addresses and office phone numbers. No home phones, etc. 2. For adult members, we list names of elders and others when they are a contact for some group or activity that we are covering on the website.
3. For youth and children, we do not list names, email addresses or phone numbers. Photos of children will not be posted without parental permission. 4. For missionaries, we post information only after receiving permission from either the missionary or their sending agency (usually Covenant World Missions). 5. Appropriate church employees or Elders will be consulted regarding the posting of content related to their area. 6. Newsletters will be posted only after reviewing for personal information. 7. It is possible that some content on the website may be created and maintained by various persons or groups (such as the Youth Group), but only the webmaster (a volunteer position) and/or assigned church staff will have the ability to post material directly to the website. 8. Church services are recorded in full and posted on the website in 2 parts: the full worship service and the sermon only. The announcements portion of the service may be removed to protect personal privacy.
